Common questions

What is a VU-minute?

One simulated user running for one minute. A five-minute test with 20 users uses 100 VU-minutes. Allowances reset every calendar month.

What happens at the limit?

Runs that would go past the month's allowance are refused before they start, with a message naming the limit. Owners and admins get an email at 70%, 90%, and 100%.

How do I upgrade?

Every workspace starts on Free. Upgrade from Billing in the Studio; the change applies at once and billing is monthly through Stripe.
